Incompetent, inconsiderate, uncommunicative, and downright uninterested in Hillside Family Medicine LLC & Occupational Medicine see. Get them in and get them out as fast as possible.
Needed to speak to a doctor, took 2 days before they called back, though I suspect this was do to the front office not relaying the message.
Lack of communication between referrals led to confusion as to why we were even there.
Led to other problems that caused unnecessary procedures which caused unnecessary worry as well as cost.
Front office staff take it upon themselves to make comments about treatment that they are neither qualified for nor appropriate to make.
I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. Do not invest your time, money, or peace of mind with these people.
