The office constantly gave me conflicting information, and the staff appeared confused.

When my taxes were finally prepared, the account LAUGHED at my shock when I saw how much I owed.

No sense of empathy, no guidance….never again!

I’m still not sure they were done properly and I didn’t leave money on the table.

No confidence whatsoever in their abilities.
