We used Haslam Tax and Accounting for one year (they completed our 2015 taxes). When we made inquiries via email about their hourly rate and level of service for 2016, we received the combative email below.

I strongly suggest you find tax services elsewhere. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This firm provides little value and sure doesn’t seem to care about its existing customers.

We have 500+ other clients who see the value in what we do and I’d rather concentrate my energies there.
