If I could leave a 0-star review I would! Beautiful recliner, atrocious customer service.
Jeff, who claimed to be the manager of the store, was exceedingly disrespectful to me over the phone after I had spent over $2,000 on a piece of furniture. While attempting to resolve some confusion in a reasonable manner, Jeff proceeded to speak to me in a arrogant, condescending tone and ask questions that were completely unrelated to the purchase of the furniture. As several other Dirty Scam reviews also reveal, this employee desperately need a lesson in customer service (and humility). Horrendous experience, I will not be doing business here again and I will actively tell my friends and family not to do business here.
