Halsted Financial Services

Halsted Financial is Torturing and Unreliable

I was ID theft by someone who stole my id and purchased $2000 worth of furniture at California Furniture Gallery. I have never heard of any company with that name and have never visited one ever in my life. After a year of that incident, I got a call from Halsted Financial Services telling me to settle the loan amount for $1000.

I was furious. I sent them a copy of the id theft proof with all the related documents to go through the situation. I also sent them the actual id proof and asked them to go through the matter. As it wasn’t me, I must get the waive-off for the amount spent on my id.

Again, after 16 months, I started getting calls from the debt guys who were harassing me for nothing. I also asked them to send me a copy of the purchase receipt and the delivery information of the order made. However, they never replied with proof that the purchase was ever produced.

I think that the entire story was made up. These guys aren’t legit. They keep calling me at odd hours, and the ring goes on and on. They have details of my landline number my cell phone number. They even know where I work, and sometimes, the calls land to the office landline searching for my name.

They have even threatened my relatives who stay in different states. They will not hear anything whatever I have to say. They will go on, and one was threatening me as if they belong to some law firm. They will say that I am being served or pursued and anything that makes them feel that I will be scared.

I have written to all the appropriate agencies and authorities and will follow up with them until I get to the bottom of this mess. These guys seem scammers. These people are frauds. Just by saying that the amount was spent on my name proves nothing. I am not among those people who pay out of fear. I am not going to give a single penny.

I even checked the internet for a similar scam from the company and found many of them. These people are calling many people around the country for the amount never borrowed. I have proofs that I never had any contacts with this company or the one with which they claim the furniture was bought.

You know what to do if you ever get a call from Halsted Financial Services. These guys are liars. They will try to scare you with whatever they can. They will raise their voice and even make calls to your relatives and friends. But be aware they are just scammers and cannot do anything apart from making random calls.

Do not pay them at all. These people are frauds and should be served.

With companies like these, as z consumer take back your power record the calls tell them to hold on and start recording let v then know ton pretext yourself there being also recorded.

They call me and then place me on hold and never return once I do. It’s easy to be challenging over the phone. Know your rights, and don’t let them threaten you.

Most earn a 10 hr wage, and debts are no better than yours v often worse they act superior and sadly are often minor v than because they don’t have any decency and respect. You don’t go to jail for v failing to pay a debt unless you embezzled money.

They can’t Cunard you b at work, or you give a references your prudish information or break the law Sue them for more than you owe Stop being afraid of these parasites.

I’m z corner collection manager. Call me you got the right one. I’ll make you wish you didn’t come to work that night.

  2. they thanked me for the 'heads up'.

I recently got an e-mail from Halsted Financial saying they purchased a debt I owed a group of emergency room physicians in Baltimore, MD – they didn’t mention the hospital – amounting to $972, but they were willing to settle for $486.

I live fifty miles or more from the hospital where the ER docs practice (there are several ER’s much closer than that to where I live) – and – I belong to a medical plan that includes 100% coverage for all emergency services no matter where I am in the U.S.; so, obviously this is a FRAUD.

I called the ER MD’s medical group that Halsted claimed it was working for to give them a heads up on the situation and was told they had never heard of Halstead Financial, and they thanked me for the ‘heads up.
