The Lack Of Professionalism
If you’re thinking about using Fink & McGregor for a mortgage loan or refinance, run away really fast!
I recently used them for a mortgage loan and almost lost the home I was trying to buy because of the mistakes, lies and incompetence of the staff there.
I completely understand the need to provide and verify all your information, after all it is a loan through the Government.
What I don’t appreciate is Fink & McGregor asking me to verify one thing at time on various days and weeks.
They could not come up with a comprehensive list of everything I needed just once so that I didn’t have to take multiple time off to run around and gather the verification.
The lack of professionalism they showed me and the title company is incomprehensible.
I don’t understand how they are still in business when there are so many mortgage companies to choose from (clearly a bad choice on my part).
If I could give negative stars, I would!
I especially appreciate how responsive they were, always answering my questions quickly!
