Same thing just happened to me. They are overseas using google voice phones with broken English. They go by fast shipping express. Fastshippingexpress.com. Definitely a scam network. They’ll claim they need to hold the package and can’t release it until they are paid insurance for it. Multiple parties involved. Contact Ic3.gov and file a complaint if you are a victim.
There is a package sent to me by a person who befriended me in social media. because she is going to be transferred she requested me to accept her package and soon she will come to get here in philippines. i doubted about it. she tells me to check tracking the package.

After that they need bitcoin payments for insurance and permits. They are very explicit that all payments are fully refundable. After many more “refundable” payments the time for delivery passes but no package arrives. The requests for fees continue. There’s even a refunds payment to get the refunds. Very slick scam. Just some lowlife scumbags lying and cheating their way to Hell.
