Frustrating Experience
Used Equity Title of Nevada for one of my investments and it was an extremely frustrating experience.
They seem to be happy with their current investors and pay very little attention to new business.
Impossible to get someone on the phone and the follow through is horrible.
Its been 2 months after close of escrow and I’m still chasing refunds due to me.
They assume everyone is informed about intricacies of real estate.
Thanks but no thanks – I’ll take my business elsewhere – maybe somewhere where someone cares about their customers.
I have two more properties that I am closing on in the next few weeks and would not ever consider using them again!

Our experience with Equity was awful. We didn’t pick them and we’d recommend finding someone else. We were way overcharged at closing. It took almost an entire month to get our money back. Every time we called we never got a call back.
They say if you have an issue bring it up with the consumer board. Which we did. We were overcharged for trash services and the loan officer that worked our case basically said they do it all the time so cut your losses. Totally unprofessional.
We’ve worked with other companies in Las Vegas that care and these people don’t. I had to contact the woman our loan officer was working with at Trash services myself to get my money back. I got the woman’s name from my real estate agent, Go elsewhere or make sure you know what you’re up against.
