They Are Terrible
Never use EMC Mortgages. They are terrible. I have been calling, emailing, and writing to EMC since October to get some answers to questions I have about my mortgage.
The Customer “Service” Reps are rude. They transfer you around to one person after another, without ever providing any answers, and then hangup.
Letters get no response. In emails, I am promised that I will receive the information I requested.
When I receive the information, it does not include the information I requested.
They are terrible. I can not believe they remain in business. It is very upsetting.
