EDGE HVAC is Bad Service

Worthless! Had an have issue that took them more then a month with me badgering them to give me a call back, finally needing to get the home warranty company involved before they would call back. Initially diagnosed the wrong issue and unit is still broken.

Going on two to three months now without a working unit now. Also, a little shady that the company advised me after one call that an issue was already fixed while no one was home, however, after noticing that an error code was still reading they quickly called back to say that on second look they had in fact not been there. Extremely shady HVAC company that apparently does not know how to fix or diagnose HVAC issues.

    We have nothing but great things to say about EDGE HVAC. I wish there were more stars for us to give. Jeremy and his crew are the most professional,polite and knowledgeable people we have encountered in this business. There is no price gouging, trying to sell you items you don’t need (which is a very rare thing in todays world).

    Jeremy makes the assessment and explains everything he needs to do from start to finish. We set the time for the work to be done and much to our surprise, the crew was here EARLY!! They came in, knocked out the job (sooner than they estimated), CLEANED UP THERE MESS, made sure we understood the work that was performed and answered all of our questions.

    After they left we thought of another question and called Jeremy — who picked up the phone immediately and was more than happy to answer our question. WE HIGHLY RECOMMED EDGE HVAC and we won’t go anywhere else. Our house has never been so cool! THANK YOU JEREMY & EDGE HVAC JOB WELL DONE!!!!
