The Sort Of Professional

Dr. Valentino Garcia is not the sort of professional, reliable doctor you would want to entrust with your health.

Have a question about something? You can call, but it will always go to voicemail, and he’ll never call back.

Send an email? You have at best a 1% chance of reply.

Need prior authorization for your insurance to cover a prescription? He’ll promise to send it in, only for you to call your insurance and find they’ve never received anything.

Most recently, he sent an email out to all his patients about how he forgot to renew his prescription license and would be unable to prescribe new medications for up to 3 months.

I’m sure that’s fine for his patients that rely on these medications to live a normal life.

  1. He is incredibly arrogant and refuses to respond to pharmacies.

He is incredibly arrogant and refuses to respond to pharmacies.I asked him to help with a prescription and he refused and put it on me.

He then “discharged” me for being disrespectful: annoyed that he wouldn’t fill his part on getting me a prescription.

  2. Never Again

Really rude doctor and overcharged for a service he never provided
