Unprofessional Experiences
LESSON LEARNED. I read Dr.Tu Quang M’s reviews about his staff Lynette and proceeded to schedule my emergent surgery anyway.
I am suffering from silicone toxicity (Breast Implant Illness) and my health is declining daily.
I consulted with Dr. Tu. about a total capsulectomy and implant removal.
I scheduled with Lynette and it was all down hill from there.
I was not advised of basic pre-op requirements that could have affected my surgery, phone calls & questions were ignored for weeks.
The day before my surgery I called again asking that pictures to be taken of my removed implants showing scar tissue/capsules had been removed, I was told my surgery was being cancelled because “the doctor thought I was questioning his integrity”.
Not only was I treated as if asking for my prescription prior to surgery was a neusance, I am convinced Lynette told the doctor false statements to cause him to cancel my surgery.
This has been a horrible and unprofessional experience. I don’t see how he stays in business.
