They Were Rude

I would like to say that Dr. Schwartz Jonathan R L and his receptionist are taking advantage of people.

i missed an appointment with him and was billed a fee of $150.00 for it.

I was not advised of the possible fee in my many conversations with them!

They were rude and i guess he is a god because they did not offer another appointment until june.

This happened in march! how smug!! beware because they will then call you until the money is received.

Well i’m not in any hurry because i probably would not have fogotten the appointment if i didn’t have to wait 4 weeks in the first place! really!

  1. I am very disappointed in the office staff customer service and billing office procedures

    I never saw Dr. Schwartz because I had to cancel my appointment due to other medical issues, so I have no opinion of his care. However, even though I canceled my appointment they marked me as a no show and charged me $150. When I spoke with the office manager I was told there is nothing they can do,

    they charge $150 even if you cancel your appointment right before your appointment time, so I would have been charged even if they had canceled my appointment. Also, I was unaware I owed anything till I received a notice from a collection agency.

    I never received a bill from the billing office event though they claim they sent 4. I am very disappointed in the office staff customer service and billing office procedures

    Totally unprofessional, rude, and condescending. This office could definitely benefit taking a customer service class. Think I’m exaggerating?

    Try rescheduling an appointment and have to listen to an office employee complain how they “hate” having to reschedule.
