Dr. Robert Meger

I have contacted Dr. Robert Meger office upon research for BA to schedule a consult. I don’t remember the receptionists name but possibly Mellisa? Whomever she was, she was immediately rude. She was not at all personable, asked what I wanted and gave a brief response and she condescendingly stated “Well we have a $100.00 consultation fee that has to be paid before we can schedule you.”

I acknowledged that wouldn’t be a problem and proceeded to ask some simple questions while pulling my card out and she provided short answers and made the call feel rushed and then rudely said “I need your card number.”

Needless to say, I provided my card number and she said have a good day and hung up after deciding on a date for the consultation. Less than five minutes later I called back and got the same girl and informed her that I had some concerns to address before following through with the consult (i.e. what implants do you have available etc).

She stated they do not use Sientra which is what I am interested in, of course it’s recommended via a doctor, and she asked why I thought those were better and I suggested that I’ve done much research and feel that would be my personal preference. Again she was rude, condescending, and acted like she didn’t have time to answer basic questions.

I then asked for a refund for the $100.00 for the consult and to cancel and she said I would get it back in about ten days and so on. I did receive the refund after some time thankfully. But I would NOT recommend this office to anyone, especially with whomever I spoke with that’s working there.

Dr. Meger “could” be the most amazing (Could be worst) doctor in all of AZ but his staff needs to represent that. And if they treat other customers the way I was treated, I can only imagine how many people decide on another doctor where they’re treated respectfully. Anyone looking for a doctor, look elsewhere unless you want to be treated poorly.
