Yeah no.. My experience was just horrible. I was so confused when I left the clinic. I was with my parents when I went to see Dr. Phong Bui recently.
He asked if we had questions multiple times and we did ask him multiple times but he doesn’t wait for patients to be done talking and my parents and I were just left a little frustrated.
I would suggest for him to stop being a little arrogant and actually learn to listen to patients before saying anything.
There has been a few instances where I wasn’t even done telling him about my situation or asking him a question, and he already butt in and answered in a way that was not even related to what I was trying to tell him had he listened.
He seemed annoyed everytime we ask a question despite him asking us if we have any question.
It got to a point where we kind of just decided it’s better to just move on and find a new Endocrinologist.
He definitely has to work on his social skills.
If somebody is already sick, you focus on helping them be comfortable not make them feel awkward and frustrated.
