The Incompetent Front Desk Ladies
HORRIBLE! Zero stars to the incompetent front desk ladies…wow is all I can say.
They constantly mess up (give incorrect appointment times, lag terribly on getting lab info. etc) Zero stars to the “Doctor”…she is NOT thorough.
She doesn’t return phone calls within a reasonable time frame. (I called in at 3pm and she didn’t call me back until after 9pm) She is very dismissive of your concerns, and as someone else mentioned, she will laugh at questions you ask.
She holds inconvenient hours, she’s hardly ever there and has no back up Doctor.
She comes in after 10 am, leaves at 4pm or earlier, and has Wednesdays off.
She prescribes antibiotics like crazy even when she knows it’s just a virus, but still she says “just in case”, which is not ok.
Gives so much grief if you want to stray at all from the CDC vaccine schedule and only offers jumbo cocktails for vaccinations because “it’s cheaper”. (and no I am NOT anti vaccine)
She isn’t particularly unkind to children but definitely lacks bedside manner.
My children didn’t care for her at all. Apart from all these things, she just doesn’t seem to care and is very apathetic and can be condescending.
Not a great combo where your child’s health is concerned.
To boot, she doesn’t have a sink in her office, so it’s unknown whether or not she washes her hands before touching your kids.
I don’t trust my children’s heath in the hands of this woman.
