Dr. Michael Martin

Dr. Was Not In The Office

My husbands Dr. was not in the office today so I contacted Dr. Michael Martin’s office as he is covering.

I called due to my husbands back went out and he is barely able to make it to the bathroom and is in excruciating pain.

I was told due to this being an ongoing problem and that he had taken a Percocet and an anti-inflamatory (all previously prescribed) that he could wait till tomorrow to see his own Dr. or take him to the emergency room.

The Percocet has barely touched the pain and needless to say I find the response from this office very cold and callous.

BTW, I wonder how much pain he would be in having to sit in an ER for probably 4 or more hours waiting to be seen?
