Customer Service Sucks
I would have been a new patient of Dr.Michael Gottlieb. I sent over my information thru the portal like they requested and never received a call to schedule my appt.
I called the office several times and no one ever answers.
I finally emailed them asking what the problem was and someone called me back stating that they called me but my number was disconnected which is a lie.
I asked her if my number was disconnected(which is was not) why didn’t you email me.
She clearly stated that they call before they email…but my number was disconnected.
So how can you call when the number is disconnected? Makes no sense to me.
Very poor customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone.
I heard great things about Dr. Gottlieb but his staff ruined my experience and I will not and refuse to become a patient there.
I’m very big on customer service and this facility customer service sucks big time and they are liars.
I am proof that his medical care is 1st class.
I would like to make this comment that Dr. Gottlieb has been the best physician ever for people with HIV. He is a master at how he heals and responds to every medical need his patients have. I am proof that his medical care is 1st class.
I cannot honestly recommend his services to anyone.
Dr. Gottlieb took me on as a patient to treat my specific disease. He offered his services as a Specialist and Primary Care Physician. His excels as a Specialist.
But as a Primary Care Physician he lacks focus and commitment. He’s a “superstar” physician and somewhat arrogant. I expected more from such an experienced physician. What a disappointment. I cannot honestly recommend his services to anyone.
