Dr Hill And Her Staff Don't Care About The Patients
Dr. Mary Hill WAS my personal doctor for over 15 years. I am very disappointed with my Doctor and her staff. Dr. Hill takes way too many patient”s.
She has you wait for over 2 hours before she even see’s you and once she enters the room, she only takes about 10 min and is always in a hurry.
Her staff is very rude, especially Amanda. I had to be referred out and took over 6 months for me to get referred, knowing that Dr. Hill said refer ASAP.
I had to keep calling the office almost every day and this Amanda knew who I was and wound hang up on me, put me on hold for ever , put me on hold and then hang up on me.
This is unprofessional and unacceptable and negligence on their part .
A doctor’s office should never ever do that to their patients.
It doesn’t matter if there is new staff, it’s not the patients fault.
I had to make appointments in order to find out why I was being referred out and when I was , they sent me to the wrong place and this was negligence.
Because of all the stress I had to endure, I decided to obtain a new doctor.
I am very happy now and my new doctor cares about her patients.
Never , ever will I refer anybody to Dr. Hill. It is sad that Dr Hill and her staff don’t care about the patients, it’s all about numbers.
