I Am Beyond FrustratedThis review is for Dr. Marilyn Milkman’s Staff, I had my yearly well women’s exam done on Dec 2018 which is included once a year but I was billed as office visit and I called Dr. Marilyn Milkman and she said she will let her staff know and submit the right one.
I called up my insurance company and let them know my concern and they have been trying to reach the billing dept but couldn’t get hold of them.
After that I called the office and they transferred me to billing dept and kept me on hold and I left my message for Hope to have her call me back but never got anything back.
Today I called them back and was on hold for 15 min and they transferred me to voice mail, it seems like they are trying to avoid me.
I am beyond frustrated at this point this is not a way to treat your patient.

Not Good Service
I’ve been contemplating getting an IUD for years and was extremely anxious when I finally decided to go for it because I have heard my share of horror stories. I chose Dr. Milkman because she had such great reviews and I feel compelled to write one myself because of how great the overall experience was.
Dr. Milkman called me personally the evening before my appointment and made sure I understood what to expect and what to do to prepare. The entire procedure took less than 15 minutes and I was shocked at how little discomfort I felt. A+
