I used to see Jenny as my PA. She ordered the wrong blood panel, and when I called her on it was very short with me, blamed the error on a computer, and told me I would have to pay for all my testing done.
To top it off she ended the conversation with, “well that’s all I got for you” and hung up.
Not only was this unprofessional, but she also admitted fault.
I would suggest NEVER going you could end up getting a gyno apt. when all you had was an ear ache.
