Dr. Liu Anna

Dr. Liu's Negligence And Recklessness

Dr. Liu Anna should lose her license. She is basically just a drug dealer. She hands out opioid pain medication like candy.

She got both my parents (in their 70s) addicted to the stuff and one wound up in the emergency room, then the ICU when he overdosed by accident.

She also prescribed THREE different mood stabilizers at the same time for my mom–who was also taking the opioid pain killers Dr. Liu prescribed.

My mom began having Parkinson’s-like symptoms beginning over a year and a half ago.

Eventually she went to a Parkinson’s specialist at UC Irvine who discovered that my mom was suffering from Serotonin Syndrome.

The symptoms mimic Parkinson’s symptoms and are caused by taking TOO MANY MOOD medications at the same time.

Dr. Liu NEVER clued into this even though SHE PRESCRIBED THEM and saw my mother regularly.

Dr. Liu’s negligence and recklessness CAUSED many of my parents’ health problems, rather than helping them.

For your own safety and that of your family members–DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Unless you want opioids. Then, I guess, she’s you’re gal. Ugh.

How does this happen!? 🙁

  1. Bed side manner was great!

On my first day visiting California, I got sick. I made a last minute apptment. The receptionist was considerate enough to squeezed in an apptment for me. When I arrived, I waited for about 45 minutes and was seen by the doctor. She was very friendly. Bed side manner was great!

  2. I was very happy with her calming and caring demenr.

I was very happy with her calming and caring demenr. I look forward to having her for my Dr and getting to know her better.

  3. What an absolutely horrible attitude to have towards potential patients.

I received Dr. Liu’s receptionist and she asked me what treatment I was looking for. I explained to her I was looking for a primary care physician, because I recently relocated to this area due to work and my neck and back was in pain because I was rear-ended.

The receptionist immediately told me that Dr. Liu couldn’t see me and didn’t deal with automobile accidents. I asked why, and she said that she didn’t deal with car insurance companies; I told her my healthcare provider, my employer’s HSA, and I (if need be) would be covering the cost, but she wouldn’t listen and quickly cut me off with an “Ok Bye!” and rudely hung up.

This left me thinking, what if one of her patients was involved in an car accident and went to see her? Would they get good treatment? Would they get ANY treatment since she “…didn’t deal with auto accidents”? What does your medical office deal with then- coughs, sniffles, and small cuts? You should take that D.O. off your name then.

What an absolutely horrible attitude to have towards potential patients. Since the receptionist’s English was mediocre at best, perhaps she didn’t understand me when I explained who would be paying for the medical bill. In that case, take some ESL classes before you decide to answer the phone.
