Dr. Khong Doan

This is a TERRIBLE DOCTOR OFFICE, i hope that people read this and stop coming to see him.

If you dont want any trauma, please dont come to Dr. Khong Doan.

I will tell you the whole story how i see and feel today when i come to this office.

I neededto see a doctor because of urgent need. I checked the office time and knew that this doctor office would open at 9:00 am.

I arrived there at 9:00 but until they did not show up until 9:10 am.

When they came, the doctor open the door for me and one more patient to come in and sit.

He went back to his car and bring all stuffs for his wife and then he and his wife walked in while patients been waiting.

Then next, he went in the back and bring out the broom to clean the front door and the the floor because all the food stuffs that homeless people in tenderloin ate and throw all over.

I checked in and then his wife,the assistant, asked me for the insuranca card.

I gave it to her and TOLD HER THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO THIS OFFICE FOR A LONG TIME.

She checked my insurance card and told me that i have share cost and tell me that she would not accept this insurance unless i come to the insurance office and fix it.

I have urgent and need to see doctor but she would not take the insurance,i asked her if she can bill me then after i fix the insurance, i will pay the bill. She still not accepted it.

I had urgent, but i had to wait and went to the insurance company to fix it.

I went there, waited for 2 hours, finally they fix it for me.

I know that doctor office will close at 1pm for lunch, so i tried to rush back to the office to see the doctor.

I came back, she took the insurance and all sudden she turned back and told me that: ” sorry , since you have not been back to the office for a while , so we dont take the new patient anymore.”

WHAT THE F? i have pain on and off for days and after medication at counter wont help, i came to see doctor, i am hurting but need to hold and run insurance comp to fix the situation and come back to see this doctor and at the point, the wife,the assistant told me that they dont accept the new patient? WHY DIDNOT YOU TELL ME AT 9:00 am WHEN I FIRST SAW YOU AND TOLD YOU THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN HERE FOR A LONG TIME (meant new patient) and i did call her to verify before i chose this doctor as primary DOCTOR and she the one who gave me the group name and doctor PCP number.

She made me run around and waited from 9 am to almost 1pm and told me that doctor wont accept new patient while i need urgent care.

I beg her said i am in pain and i need ANTIBIOTIC, please see me only one time while i really need doctor help and after that i will look and change to diff doctor.

She told me straigh, NO. What kind of doctor office is this? where is their integrity? they open a family internal office so that doctor can help patient but when there is urgent and ( i ran to have my insurance fixed so that they can get the money) and they just told me to go find diff doctor while the day almost gone and i am in paint.

The wife didnot even care, just told me to leave. I could have enough time to look for a new doctor to help for my pain and now been wasting all day and go back home with the pain.

This office has no intergrity, they dont care for the patient, they at first check insurance so if they can get the money.

I was upset and asked her why didnot she tell me at first and she coulnot say anything.

I asked to talk to the doctor then she told me he has to see patient.

She controled him and just did thing as it s not right to the patient and he didnot even come out to say a word. What the heck.

I used to came here 10 years ago and the wife and one more assistant were so rude, they talked rude to patients and did not care about them even the doctor.

Then now, i changed my insurance and they assigned me the doctor that close to home so i took it but damn it even more worse then before.

I took some pictures of the office so that you whoever may have a chanceto look, dont choose this doctor, you be dead before you have a chance to see this doctor.

The front office have all the shitty , food, dirty .

Inside, dirty, nasty and smell, all the paper throw on over the table, nothing is organize.

The doctor just there until they retire and try to get as much money as they can.

You can see and imagine all the germ all over this office.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU HAVE A CHANCE, DONT COME TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE, THIS DOCTOR AND THE ASSISTANT WHICH IS HIS WIFE WONT HELP THE PATIENT BUT GET THE MONEY.

HE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR IF HE HAS NO INTERGRITY AND THE HEART.
