The Staff Are Rude Bad Attitudes
I’ve been seeing Dr. Dae-Wook Kang maybe two years now after sometime I noticed he wouldn’t really check me physically typical doctors health concerns only ask questions and send me somewhere else, most the time he’d send me for X-rays ct scans mri and never informed me about the results of the test unless I asked .
His errors on medical documents led me to see he was more interested in me coming back more visits costing more money.
It surprised me that he would charge me $40.00 to fill out a form to the EDD office more than once.
Then his mistakes costed me another bill. I told them it seems like a scam. I told them I would not come back again.
The staff are rude bad attitudes and made me feel that they disliked me because I wasn’t the same race as them.
I feel they don’t deserve one star but had to put something.
I’m very disappointed they would be more money hungry business.
I am getting a lot of stress to call them for appt and any follow-up.
I love seeing dr. Kang who is professional and knowledgeable, but the receptionists (especially the rude girl in the front desk) should be nice. I am getting a lot of stress to call them for appt and any follow-up.
