Doan Solutions

Doan Solutions Will Charge $800

Doan Solutions will charge you $800 upfront to consolidate your Federal loan in the promise that your loan will be forgiven.

They make oral promises of success and go as far to maintain that the promises are in writing.

But if you read their agreement carefully they specifically make no promises of success.

If you offer to pay double once successful they quickly get off the phone.

I spoke to an attorney and he said that this company is known to scam customers of upfront fees and are rarely successful.

I recommend that you insist that all promises are in their written agreement before signing but you likely never hear from them again.

  1. SCAMMERS!!!!

This company is a scam!!!! I paid $700+ up front for fees and processing they told me they go by your yearly income and will base your payment off what you make and they will pay it Monthly for you as long as you fall under the income guidelines it has been over a year and they have not made one payment to my student loans conveniently my emails disappeared I have one email address for the girl that set me up with it and I’m pretty sure I printed out all my paperwork when I did it so as soon as I find it I will be contacting a lawyer

  2. Scam

This is a scam. The company claims to help consolidate and forgive student loans. All they do is consolidate, which you can do for free through your federal loan service. They charge you $890 to do this, promising it will go towards your loan (which it wont) and promising that consolidating with them with forgive part of the loan. They then charge you $195 per year reinstatement fee? Not sure what this is supposed to even be for.

  3. Scam

This company is a scam. I paid them over $1000

  4. No it’s a scam

Ok no one ever told me that my loan was going to grow from 4000 to 9000 what the heck did I get charged 5000 for. It’s messing with my credit score as we speak can’t get her bank account

  5. NOT A SCAM

If they are guilty of all of the complaints against them it is because they are very poor at explaining their program to their clients, and really bad at getting back to and informing their clients about the status of their loans. They got my loan “off my back” permanently since I became disabled. That means the loan is in suspension. However, it still grows interest. Let’s say I win the lottery…then I will have to pay it off. And that is fine. Or if I went back to work..it would become due. I do not have a problem with Doan. I just don’t think people are understanding how it works…and that ID DOANS FAULT.

  6. SCAM

    This is a scam!
