Currency Capital

Currency isn’t direct lender, just another broker

I wanted to buy some equipment for my office and consulted Currency Capital for loan. When I contacted them, a person named Nick Noriega connected with me for the procedure of loan. My first question to him was if he was the direct lender.

To this, he confidently said that they are, and they always have money coming in directly for the clients. Based on that, I asked him to process the loan further and he asked me for the processing fee.

Later, however, I discovered that all of what he said, was all lie. This company is only after collecting the initial payment and nothing more than that. They will keep you waiting until you understand that it is you who is going to deal independently with another company for funds.

When I filled my application, they right away confirmed that the loan was approved. Hence, I did not bother much until it was more than a month when they did not contact me. After a month, an unknown company with whom I had never spoken to, started calling me saying that the loan amount was in process.

They asked me to go through the same procedure, from document submission to verification. However, at the end they told me that they needed a collateral. I am sure they never wanted to help us with the loan, all they were looking was the money that they asked me as the processing fee and the verification charges.

I later, contacted the bank. My company has a good credit record from a long time and the bank approved my loan in only three hours. The next day, the money was in my account. Isn’t that so simple for these guys?

I have learned the hard way. If you are contacting a third party other than banks, make sure to check all the documents that you sign and read every term. Ask them to provide everything in written. Maintain the emails, so that no conversation is missed.

I was not aware of these problems and gave currency capital an opportunity to scam me. This company is a shady company and does not have any funding capabilities.

They will lure you with low interest rate and would say that they are the one paying loans. However, they will take away the fees and would ask you to wait. You will be scammed a big time. If you ever come across this company or any company with similar tactics, keep away. Or, you would lose all your money.

Currency Capital is a fraud company and I do not recommend it for any service. I had to waste more than a month to get the funds I required urgently. I had an impression that banks make it difficult and one needs to visit the bank many number of times.

But, this was not the case. My loan was sanctioned in just three hours. I am never going to transact with Currency Capital ever in future.

  2. Thief’s and scam artists

I was told by my currency capital loan officer that I would pay one dollar after my last payment for my forklift. Since I was paying 10k in interest I was felt everything was fine. I calle Friday to make my lady payment and was told my loan officer was not there and that I would have to pay 8k as fair market value for the machine I paid 10k in interest for. How could a company be allowed to make such scams.
