Ladies At The Front Desk Are Rude

Ladies at the front desk are rude. I didn’t know it was inside the Hendricks medical building so I called to make sure I was in the right spot and she gave me a one word answer but I had to ask her what building since the buildings are either 1 or 2.

She answers like I was dumb like I should have known. Even though there are no signs.

She could have also mentioned it was on the second floor but she was zero help.

Luckily there was signs as soon as you walked in letting you know it was on the 2nd floor, otherwise o would be lost.

Then when I got to the office the lady at the counter was not pleasant.

  1. First I have to start by saying I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to this time.

First I have to start by saying I don’t normally write reviews but I felt like I had to this time. I saw Dr Gaspard recently and I was very disappointed with my visit after being highly recommended to her. I have been dealing with acne for years as an adult and needed to find a solution.

I was very impressed with her knowledge and she created a regimen for me and I was happy but felt like she was rushed. she then left the room and left me with her assistant Susi that was completely clueless about everything she was horrible at giving me instructions on what I had to do couldn’t even pronounce the medications to me properly and had no idea how to send my prescriptions and where to send them.

I asked her to write things down for me and she couldn’t even spell correctly I had to spend so much time with her and help her it was like I was the employee. I couldn’t believe how such and known doctor would have someone that isn’t knowledgeable enough working for her.

Can’t speak or spell properly. Doctor was great but can’t spend an office visit helping her employee. Not sure if I would go back to spend a five minute visit with the doctor and thirty minutes teaching her assistant how to spell.

  2. I will report them to the medical board re

Poor service, unprofessional, and they violate hippaa. I heard them making snide remarks repeatedly about a patient as she sat in a room.

I will report them to the medical board re: their violation. A Hispanic girl with black hair was complaining about the patient and disclosing her medical history. After hearing their complaints about this person,

I wonder what they say about me and I will never frequent this business again! Plus, they do not know what they are doing and they are far more interested in cosmetic patients and could care less about people with skin cancer!
