However, instead of answering my questions, was required to complete an online application which took about eight hours to complete, including downloading and scanning financial documents.
Did not receive any reply for several weeks. After contacting them again, was asked for additional information which I declined to provide.
Turns out they really didn’t need more documentation and could have answered my question(s) during the initial phone call. Waste of time.
