Chantel Campbell

Commission Check

Although I did think Chantel was a very nice person, she did not deliver what she promised as a realtor/buying agent.

I knew exactly what I was looking for and supplied her with that information and really the only help I ever received from her were computer generated emails.

If I found something ON MY OWN, looking through all the many listing sites and called to see it, yes, either she or an associate would show it, but I don’t really think of that as doing a job and helping me find a home.

I call that. me doing all the work, her making the appt, showing up, then collecting a check when I find something.

A buyer’s agent should be actively searching through the new listings that come out each day for a property that matches the specifications of their clients, then calling to let them know something is available.

I CALL that DOING THEIR JOB! Otherwise, I think if I am the one having to spend the hours doing all the searching everyday, then they should be splitting that commission check with me!!

  1. She is one of the most hardworking people I know--which is sayng a lot.

Our family recently moved from Massachusetts to Castle Rock, Colorado, and this move marked the purchase of our 4th house. Let me start off by saying we owe the ease of our 2000 mile move to our new home single-handedly to Chantel Campbell. As it was such a long distance, and to a place where we had only visited a few times,

we needed a realtor that was knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly-responsive. We had about 15 months to plan our move and had already interviewed several realtors, even spent one day looking at homes with another who came recommended by a close friend. With about 9 months to go we found who we were looking for.

We first met Chantel over the phone when inquiring about a home that was on the market in Roxborough Park. Her first email to us was more helpful and informative than any others from all the other realtors we had spoken with combined. We were immediately impressed, and we decided to look at a few homes with her on a trip to CO a few weeks later.

We were interested in a broad geographic area of CO as well as several styles of homes in a wide price range. After spending our first day with her looking at homes, we knew we hit the realtor jackpot. She was able to quickly pinpoint what we were looking for not only in a house,

but in our new life. She was instrumental in guiding us, providing us with any piece of information we asked for, and making use of our limited search time. Her knowledge base not only of the real estate market, neighborhoods and schools was just the beginning! Her advice was truly invaluable. From our initial offer (which she negotiated and had accepted over dinner) to the inspection and mortgage process,

she was there every step of the way, going above and beyond time and again. It was reassuring to know that whenever-and I literally mean whenever-we had a question, she would call or text us back immediately. To this day she is as responsive as anyone I have ever worked with. She is one of the most hardworking people I know–which is sayng a lot.

  2. But luckily, a friend recommended a realtor that she has used multiple times previously.

This was our first home buying experience, and being in a busy market, we were a little nervous. We tried to educate ourselves online as best we could, but that could only go so far. We didn’t have a realtor and really didn’t know how best to find a good one. But luckily, a friend recommended a realtor that she has used multiple times previously.

We first met with Chantel at a restaurant to get to know each other and to see if we would be a good fit for each other. It didn’t take long for us to realize that she was the one! She is fun to talk to, has lots of little funny stories, and SUPER knowledgeable about the industry. Being a good realtor cannot be easy. She knows all of the ins/outs of the process, and we knew she would guide us in the right direction.

  3. I would highly recommend setting up a meeting with Chantel if you are looking for a Realtor.

Chantel was recommended to me by a friend, a friend who chooses to use Chantel time and time again to represent her. I’m so glad I took my friend’s recommendation! Chantel was very patient, with both my boyfriend and I being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions. On our first meeting she made us feel comfortable and like we’d have someone who’d be a great guide through this process.

The very first home we decided to place an offer on we got! As I understand it, this is not the norm, however, if anyone can make it happen it’s Chantel. She knows the market, knows how to make an offer stand out above the rest, and made this process as pleasant as possible.

She also has great contacts and has continued to be a valuable resource and friend even after our closing. I would highly recommend setting up a meeting with Chantel if you are looking for a Realtor.

  4. Where other realtors are your best friend until closing then they disappear, Chantel doesn't do that.

I know everybody writes about how amazing their realtor is and every review says to use this realtor. I could write for days on here about how Chantel helped us through our purchase and then sale of our house. How she stepped in and made a difficult seller come to an agreement for us to buy or how she helped us to sell our home in two days.

How she updated us constantly through the buying and selling so we were always in the loop and always had every question answered. How she made the process enjoyable and memorable. These things are what you want to hear but I know for a fact there are hundreds of reviews like these for Chantel, and probably a lot of other realtors you are looking at. But Chantel is different from other realtors.

Where other realtors are your best friend until closing then they disappear, Chantel doesn’t do that. You’ll get texts and calls to check up on you and see how things are going. She’ll be there when you get married or lose a pet. You’ll get a personal note or card on holidays and birthdays. She takes an interest in you and becomes a valued and trusted friend. What other reviews say that about their realtor?

  5. She goes above and beyond, and our connection has become more than just business.

We have now worked with Chantel to buy a house and to sell a house, and we could not be happier with the experience! Chantel is extremely helpful, professional, and she always puts in the extra effort to make sure things are taken care of.

Throughout our recent sale of our house, Chantel helped us through every step of the process. From initial talks about listing all the way through ensuring closing went smooth, she made the process painless for us. I would highly recommend Chantel to be your realtor.

She goes above and beyond, and our connection has become more than just business. She is a great friend to our family and we will always stay in touch, especially when it is time to purchase again!
