Cardinal Financial | San Diego Home...

Very Rude And Not Professional At All

I recently went online and filled out some of my information about wanting to get more information on a particular home and I received a call from an Edgar Aranda he said his name was which I politely said I was not interested right away.

He then proceeded to ask me why I provided my information then in a condescending way in which I said I was just looking but thank you as I was upset as how he sounded mad because I told him I was just looking.

I then told him not to call again and take my name off of his list which he rudely told me I should not have left my information and I should expect more calls like this one.

That made me upset and I asked to speak to his boss or the person in charge and he then got short with my and said he was the person to speak with and would not transfer me.

Very rude and not professional at all! I don’t usually write negative reviews but this individual who said his his name was Egore Arada I believe needs to take not interested for an answer next time and not be so rude!

  1. And we were approved to close in 7 days! I can't imagine a better experience.

We would like to thank Anita and her team so very much for all of their help in securing our loan for our new home. We appreciate the patience and guidance that was given as first time home buyers. Anita was diligent in communicating with us every step of the way.

She is extremely knowledgeable and honest as well as kind which made all the difference. We truly appreciate the exceptional service that made our first home buying experience a great one. And we were approved to close in 7 days! I can’t imagine a better experience.

  2. I used Anita's services when I purchased my house

I used Anita’s services when I purchased my house. Most recently I refinanced that same house and called Upon Anita and her team. I would do it all over again and recommend them to everyone I know.

They are professionals, they know the industry, they have the clients’ best interest in mind, and go above and beyond to help the process feel as smooth as possible. Anita and her team are the best! We are so thankful for their efforts, and most importantly for meeting and exceeding our expectations.

  3. I call this lousy customer service.

I have financed or re-financed homes approximately a dozen times over the past 15 years. This group uses same the sales techniques as every other mortgage brokers.

The sales representative Angel (missed his last name) tried to convince me that the closing costs are not paid out of my pocket. When I pointed out that it will ultimately be out of my pocket, whether I pay the costs at that time of closing or they are added to the loan amount,

he became rather impertinent. When I insisted to get precise answers to my precise questions it was most important to him to point out that he did not want to waste his time with customers who are not committed. I call this lousy customer service.

  4. Scammer

On top of what I found to be very high rates, gave me excuses or un-truths of why my loan was passed to Anita & her husband Edgar pictured. Found out the person helping me quit with most of the staff due to unethical practices, bait and switching clients.

These positive reviews are probably friends or family. The husband Edgar & wife Anita Aguilar team are Not trust worthy and have quite a reputation for past unethical behavior. Seemed nice at first. Beware!
