I ordered few disposables vape pens from cannabismo.org. The company does talk about authenticity and great product. But these ones were really not worth the money they took from me. I got the blueberry as well as strawberry vape pens. And, these felt so bland that I had to throw them right away. I could not use these products.
The worst part is that these guys told me that they offer discounts. And, I was not provided any discount. Further, they charged me extra for shipping. In total, they took extra money that they showed I would incur after purchasing those items. I wrote to them about their awful product and even posted reviews on their website. However, they took those out. I asked them to send me back the money as the products costed nothing more than craps. But these people had the nerve to call me delusional.
Whatever the matter must be, how can someone talk to a customer like this. I am a polite customer and have never shouted on any one providing me service or product. I did not even shout on these guys. I just mailed them politely to refund my money. But these people not only rejected my request but charged me for having a bad taste. They even called me a fool. When I wanted to talk about it openly, they did not provide me any direct contact number. All they have is an email address. How can someone contact them?
I am never ever going to order from these guys. They could have sorted the problem in a better way. Not only their products are worthless, these guys are also rude and untrustworthy. And, they have no empathy towards their customers. I am also going to report their behaviour to other websites until they start providing resolutions to everyone.
