This is insane. I have been trying to contact these guys from last three weeks and all I receive is an auto responder telling me that the team will connect with me soon. I never had such frustrating experience before in my life. I am ordering online from a long time. The portal looks really genuine with all the information about the products briefly described. These guys have a huge list of products but they do not seem to have any. Because, they never sent mine. Anyway, I ordered from these guys and I received an email saying that the order is being processed.

And, I was waiting for a confirmation email referring to the tracking ID for the shipment. But when after a week, I did not receive any email, I filled the contact form on their website.

The scary part is that they do not have a direct phone number or email address to reach. If you want to contact these guys, the only way out is the contact form on their portal. I had no choice, I guess. So, I typed my concerned and clicked on send.

I just received a confirmation that they received my complaint and will be working on the same at the earliest. Week went by and I kept typing the same problem over and over again.
