I received contact information for one of the accountants at Bolon Hart & Buehler from my personal banker.
Upon calling, I was greeted by a less than friendly receptionist.
She asked my name, which I provided, and I informed her that I received the accountant’s contact information from my banker (whose name I also provided).
I was placed on hold. When the receptionist returned to the phone, she stated that the accountant was not familiar with my banker’s name and thus I could not be transferred to speak with him.
Why not ask the purpose of my call? I honestly am not aware of the level of service they provide, but if my initial interaction is any indication of the level of concern they have for their clients, I would steer clear.
