BestBuy on eBay and Keurig

BUYER BEWARE. BestBuy on eBAY is a SUPER SCAM. Their products ARE NOT brand new like they claim. I bought Keurig machines for my home office and it had PROBLEMS from the GET GO. By legal law all products must come with at least 1 flipping year of warranty. That is to protect us innocent consumers from buying cheap products that will break and than we get scammed by these stealing corporations. Here is the thing, I BOUGHT an item brand new from BestBuy on eBay pretending to be brand new. I received my Keurig machine which Best Buy was pretending was BRAND NEW. BUT! This item did not work properly when I got it, finally I had enough. I called Keurig and they told me I had no warranty. How does that make sense? I only had the item for only 2 months and they told me I have no warranty which is legally mandated by the highest Federal warranty statutes.
HOWEVER, I discovered that because of my warranty so being expired, the product I was sold was actually FAKE new from BestBuy’s fake eBay page. This is not fair because I paid a very high price for a brand new item. Now I am stuck with an item that has no warranty and it is broken.
