BEWARE! Could I give a -5 stars? The worst customer service I have ever received At Bellco Credit Union – Westminster .

They pretend to care about you but once they know you have no options of going somewhere else you’re stuck.

The loan officers are rude and don’t care if you have hard deadlines.

We were lied to multiple times and when we asked hard questions no one answered us.

Not our emails or our phone calls. Very unprofessional and we were extremely disappointed.

STAY AWAY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They will ultimately fuck you over.

    Absolutely the worst experience with an auto loan that I have ever had. It began in May when we refinanced an auto loan at this location. Set up with auto-withdrawal for the payment.

    We thought everything was ok. Four months go by and they tried to repo the truck for non-payment. Turns out that someone on Bellco’s end made an “error” and never set up the payments. It did MAJOR damage to our credit and caused all sorts of problems. They admitted their mistake, but required we pay all four months payments to get back current, and it was THEIR error!

    Worst customer service I’ve experienced with a credit union/banking institution. The entire customer service department lacks continuity in understanding their own processes. They apply zero discretion towards individual customer requirements and have a bad habit of hanging up on customers trying to resolve issues rationally.

    Even though their rates are competitive, I would prefer to deal with an institution that treats their customers with respect and does not apply blanket policies that blindly prevent simple transactions from taking place. I will never deal with this company again and I will share this with my friends to hopefully save them the same agony that I have endured.
