Beer Home Team

Dishonesty And Lack Integrity To Defraud Their Sellers And Buyer

Beer Home Team keeps trying to have this review taken down for some reason.

For the most part real estate agents are susceptible to commissions and their greed for it.

The agents there are so greedy for commission, which I have no problem with as this is their way of making a living but what I do have a problem with is their dishonesty and lack integrity to defraud their sellers and buyers.

They try to make the dual commission on both sides of the deal thus not showing or presenting offers way above listing to the sellers and only showing their own offers from their buyers, of which are flippers with the promise that they would get to re-list it again when it comes back on the market.

And guess what happens… couple weeks later they are relisting it again from their buyers whom bought it from them.

So essentially, they are getting 3 different commissions from 1 house.

So unethical, if it was just 1 house from my experience working with them, I would not take my time to write this review but it happens over and over again.

Don’t use them and find better agents with more ethics.

  1. Scammed by Brian Evan Danney

I dealt with Brian, Casey & a few others from Beer Home Team regarding work for them. They completely scammed me out of thousands. I will be seeking legal help but in the meantime I’d like to warn others of the way they scam their buyers. Do yourself a favor and fine a legit real estate agent who’s goal isn’t to get every penny out of you. San Diego California has MANY options of trust worthy people who don’t make their living off being dishonest to hard working people. They tried to change prices and listings last minute being dishonest I confronted them and they wiped their hands.

  2. I would recommend Beer Home Team to anyone looking for a superior home buying experience.

Beer Home Team was exceptional and performed services far beyond our expectations. They were with us every step of the way during our home buying experience. Andy Taylor went above and beyond to provide every single detail and answer every question we had during our home search and escrow process. He was always available to us via email, text, phone or in person.

I truly believe the reason we were able to find and buy our dream home is due to his excellent service and expertise. The Beer Home team was very easy to work with and could not have been a better choice for us, especially since we were buying in California from out of state…

Andy accommodated our schedule when we could tour properties, meet for inspections and for the final walkthrough. I would recommend Beer Home Team to anyone looking for a superior home buying experience.

  3. Do you homework before signing with them.

If there were a negative rating they would get it. Do you homework before signing with them.
