Treated Like A Criminal
I am in the Oklahoma city area. I have used multiple locations. I hold a few accounts Bank of Oklahoma including 1 that is a business account for about 12 years now.
I have never had a problem with them until recent months.
They have adopted a good customer harassment policy.
Almost every time I go in there now they give me a very hard time over my deposits.
I understand the rules about account history and daily average balances and so on.
My account has remained in good standing for the past 12 years.
I don’t ever overdraw the account and I always do larger deposits.
Always have and now I am considering changing banks.
I understand that they are a bank and people try to rip them off often, but they are going to have to find the proper balance and soon.
Good customers do not like being treated like a criminal.

Can I do a negative star rating???? Bank of Oklahoma has managed our family’s trust for 12 years and have done so much damage that we have been forced into litigation (we COUNTER sued after they sued our family!).
The family majority has asked them to resign over and over and they won’t- they keep taking our money and making decisions that hurt us. We are fighting them in court now to get a judge to remove them.
They have even allowed the operator on our quarry (LAFARGE) to remain after we discovered that they have supported ISIS AND two weeks ago abandoned their workers in a factory in Syria (NY Times)!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this unethical, corrupt place! For more, google “BOK lawsuit”.

They don’t deserve any stars! Corrupt Trust Dept–stay away! The SEC caught a SMALL percentage of their corruptness. BOK admitted wrongdoing and paid $1.5 million fine to SEC. They don’t look out for beneficiaries’ best interest, only their OWN!
