ARC Express Walk-in Clinic

An uncaring person in a doctor's office

We are visiting Little Rock and one of us became ill.  We found ARC Express Walk-in Clinic, as it was near where we are staying.

When we walked in today, we were told that the doctor wouldn’t be back for about 2 hours.

We asked where we should go, and received a very uncaring response from the woman at the desk.

I have never encountered such an uncaring person in a doctor’s office.

Another woman came out and told us the name of another place, but she didn’t give us an address.

We tried to follow her directions, but we were lost. We finally found another urgent care clinic and my friend is receiving excellent care there.

I would not go back to the ARC Express Walk-in Clinic.

  1. I sincerely suggest ACR for immediate care if you decide against the ER.

My daughter is visiting from out of state and became ill a few days ago. I tried treating her at home but she did not improve and so I took her to ARC. The clinic is very small but the receptionist was nice and sympathetic to my child’s illness. After filling out the medical history, we were taken right back. The nurse that saw her first was very nice, as well, and it wasn’t long before the APRN came in to assess the situation.

She asked questions and listened intently to my daughter. She offered her opinion, did a basic exam and then did a urinalysis. In just a few minutes, she came back in with the results, wrote the prescription and carefully explained the instructions to us. She was very personable and had a great “bed-side” manner. I sincerely suggest ACR for immediate care if you decide against the ER.

  2. I will not be "walking in" to that place for any ailment.

I was recently diagnosed with Morton’s Neuroma in my right foot by my family practitioner. My doctor recommended trying selected foot pads to help ease the pain, and if this did not work, to see a podiatrist and receive a shot to help improve the condition. I did not “walk in” but tried to make an appointment and was told immediately that the clinic would not have the recommended shot I required. Very disappointing based on all of these rave revues. I will not be “walking in” to that place for any ailment.
