Angie Saraco is a professional renter. Not employed and on welfare, she purposely chooses homes that are out of her price range ( usually big brand new homes). Then once she has secured lease with fake documents , she stops paying rent. She also is a nightmare tenant if thats not enough, fights with neighbours, screams at people, constant police visits, plays loud music and has a blatant disregard for anyone else. When landlord starts the eviction process, she comes up with all these ridiculous claims about what landlord did that was illegal. Even though, she basically squatted in the rental for months paying no rent. Angie is facing fraud charges for giving current landlord fake documents to secure rental. She is not a tenant you want. Dillusional about her behaviour and always blames others. Landlords take note!! Too many have already been victims of her manipulative behaviour.
She is a nutjob
I live on her street. Earlier this week, she had this OVER the top party for her daughter. Stupid lawn decorations and this massive birthday cake. The thing is, this chick is not paying rent. And has not for quite a while. She sure took advantage of the whole COVID situation. Not sure why cause she gets gov’t assistance so her income was not affected. So its obvious where our hard earned tax dollars are going. I could give my child a huge party with all kinds of bells and whistles. My husband and I both work. Earn a very nice income. ( we earn it, not expect it). Will I do that? No. My child gets a modest pool party with a few friends. No parade of cars or endless stream of gifts. But I want my child to be appreciative, modest and not spoiled. This woman will not be able to maintain this lifestyle for her kids. So next year, her daughter will be very disappointed. Unless she actually goes out and gets a job, these lavish parties will end. I already notified the powers that be that something is very wrong here. We don’t go to work to support this woman and her punk boyfriend so they can sit around doing nothing. I am actually furious right now.
