Andrew Louis Piretti

I Sent Him Multiple Emails That Went Unanswered

I contracted Andrew Louis Piretti’s services in May. My tenants left in the middle of the night during October.

I sent him multiple emails that went unanswered.

I was unable to be more proactive because I was out of country for work and then out of state.

I finally got a hold of him in Jan 30th when he finally told me that he had dropped the ball and there was no renter anymore.

He promised cleaning and repairs as well as to pursue the former tenants in small claims on my behalf.

None of which happened. He did not market my home until March of 2014.

He did not do the cleaning or repairs which scared off potential clients.

His excuse for not finding a tenant was a ‘soft market’.

I fired him, repaired and cleaned the place myself, and found another property manager who found a new tenant w/i a month at my asking price.

Andrew Piretti of PK Management neglected my property, cost me 10K in lost income, lied to me and was in complete breach of contract.

I found out recently that he is operating under a restricted real estate license and has 13 judgements against him in the past.

  1. Renters Beware

Renters beware. Our landlord hired Andy to process lease applications and the lease itself. The first thing Andy will tell you is that he is a professional and has been working in this industry for 35 years. After working with Andy on one lease renewal and watching from the sidelines on a second, I can wholeheartedly say that Andy is the biggest bully and the most unprofessional and unreasonable person I have ever worked with. I have rented for the past 15 years and have never experienced anyone like Andy.

He made mistakes on our lease, which ended up costing us money (he listed the oven as our responsibility when in reality it was the landlord’s). He shouted at me on the phone. Do not ask him to do more than the bare minimum of his job, otherwise he will unleash a wave of anger at you.

He expects us (the renters) to use the most flowery, gentlest and nicest language with him all the while he is rude, mean and unprofessional with us. When I started writing to him using the same language and tone he used with me he got extremely angry and called me unprofessional and rude.

I can see that Andy’s real estate clients have enjoyed working him and that his property management clients have had similar experiences to me. I would implore any considering working with Andy in any professional capacity to avoid him at all costs.

For those unsure of this review, please contact me directly and I will be happy to share my emails with Andy with you.

  2. Andrew Piretti is the hardest working man for the people that I know.

Andrew Piretti is the hardest working man for the people that I know.. I think he said he has been in the business for over 30 years.. It shows!! He does it all !! When he helped me with the purchase of my home, his lovely wife was helping at his office..

They are the nicest, caring people you would ever meet.,, He knows so, so much about all aspects of Real Estate, Property Management and Mortgages !! I refer everyone I know to him. He tells it like it is !! and in my book that is a great thing !!

  4. The real estate board would do everyone a favor if they stripped him of his license.

WARNING!! If I could give him negative stars, I would! He was horrifying. My renter left in the middle of the night, and he NEGLECTED to tell me. I figured it out on my own because money wasn’t being deposited into my account. When I tried to call him, he didn’t get back to me for over a month. I had to figure it out on my own.

Long story short, it cost me $9,560 in lost rent and miscellaneous fees due to is negligence. He’s had several civil cases against him. One of which was mine. He told the judge he didn’t have time to manage my property because he had “so many others.” Then what specifically was I paying him for? His reply was that he stopped accepting payments.

This was only AFTER my tenant left, and BEFORE I found out because he didn’t have the balls or the decency to tell me himself. The judge ruled in my favor. He is a homeowner’s worst nightmare, and a disgrace to property managers. The real estate board would do everyone a favor if they stripped him of his license.
