Toni truly cares about the owners, tenants, service providers and the property.
I am writing this review as a handyman who has worked with Toni Brinkman-Thresh at the Almaden Financial Group for over 10 years. After almost 20 years of having my own business, I transitioned into a fulltime building engineering job about 18 months ago. The reason I stayed on as one of her vendors is; Toni truly cares about the owners, tenants, service providers and the property.
Toni relies on strong, long-held partnerships with quality service providers and is able to negotiate savings such as lower rates on regular maintenance, while still maintaining a superior level of service.
Toni pays great attention to detail always making sure the tenant is safe and the property is maintained. She is always asking me to be looking for anything that may cause problems and cost more money down the road.
Toni is very responsive in her communication with all of us. I have sent text messages most anytime of the day and sometimes night. She listens and uses the most effective way to communicate either by phone, text and email with her tenants and service providers, to answer their questions and concerns in a timely manner. I know this because I am frequently part of a three way conversation.
