Horrible customer service and a lack of placing customers first. I sent express mail return postage for a transaction. Alaska Auto Titles returned everything but my original vehicle title in the express mail envelope.
When Kathy Russell discovered her company’s error days later, she did not take the time to contact me or expedite shipment.
Instead Alaska Auto Titles mailed my original title via standard mail, because it is “standard policy”–wonder if mistakes are standard policy also.
I still have yet to receive it and do not have a way to track it. Do business with another company—ANY other company.
