They are unprofessional. Can not reach anybody  at this office, they either ignore you, never return  calls, or when you do get through, they treat you  very rudely.

This family business gets you to file  your tax with that wife, Theresa, then, abuses  your trust, getting you to open annuities that are  not beneficial for their clients but themselves, with its husband, Phat and his brother.

No fiduciary duties to you personally whatsoever, only to benefit itselves.

These Allstate annuities comes with generous commissions for them, not you.

As they take advantage of you opening these annuities with  commissions for themselves, what you ‘benefit’ are that you are stuck not being able to have access to your money for 10 years or give your money away in early withdrawal close penalties.

When ever there are urgencies in your life, you can close this Allstate stuff, you just pay them in the penalities as they benefit in your losses, they received their commissions, so, making money off of you, taking immoral advantages of you, not in your best interests, but for their own.

Allstate does not right its wrongs and does not take responsibilities when they  admit its agents did wrong.

Allstate and most of its agents use deceits and lies to get you to open its stuff.

Truly unethical abuses of trust and does business with conflicts of interests.

Friends had to go to Cdi to get them to admit their wrong with immorally opening annuities, not truly knowing what these products were.

Insurance.ca.gov/01-cons… Theresa charges much more than others’ services  of an EA, not even a CPA, for an individual tax.

They charge lower amount for others to lure you to its  tax accounting services, so, it can get you to open bad  Allstate accounts with its husband Phat, while it files your taxes.

Terrible people taking advantages of  innocent trusting elderly through its tax services then, open accounts with lousy Allstate.

Theresa fakes friendliness, pretends to desire to help then, when you truly seek help, she shows her true self; impatient, rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful attitudes.

Just do not ask questions when ever you  have concerns about services that you receive from
her or what ever she does on your taxes, she becomes annoyed and irritated.

Other than this, then, she seems friendly and all kind, faking willingness to help or service you, til you have concerns, difficulties with your tax returns, question, or others … etc .. for her.

Terrible. Truly. Definitely not the sort of people I want to ever consider again, for any reasons and or services.
