They Are Unprofessional And They Are All Clearly Very Lazy
RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL NOT WORTH THE TIME or HEADACHE It took them almost 6 months to do data entry.
Then when I asked them to call me they didn’t get back to me until almost three weeks later and then it was a two line email saying that it was going to be even longer.
They are unprofessional and they are all clearly very lazy.
It is unfortunate that Brighton Small Business sent me to them because they came so highly praised.
Now I doubt that I will go back there because if this is the caliber of their support businesses then I don’t want anything to do with them either.
It is unfortunate that businesses today really don’t care about customer service but they sure do want to make sure that you pay your bill on time or just whenever they feel like billing you.
Before you sign a contract with them make sure that you clearly put the dates for your payments because we got billed by them three times in one month. Then they tried to blame me for it.
I will never refer any one to this business and I wish now that I would have went with someone else since I am farther behind now then I was when I hired them.
