I contacted 123employee.com to avail the virtual assistant services. I was paying $997 per month. Because of the work, I had to share all my important information with the VA that this company assigned for me. She had the accounts information as well as passwords.
Everything was fine until one day 123employee.com fired that VA working for me. When I came to know, I tried to reach out to them for the reason. They said that the VA accessed my personal information and made a call to me regarding direct payments. This was true that the VA tried to contact me through my personal information which I though was safe with the company.
The VA called me many times to get the direct payment. I declined any communication out of the contract and she kept calling me. My personal information was compromised. As per the contract, 123empoyee.com was responsible to protect my personal information and as they did not do as agreed upon, I wanted to terminate the services and also asked for the refund.
I needed a refund also because I had wasted my time training the VA and the efforts went for a toss. To this, the management went cold. They kept accusing me of getting into talks with their employees outside the contract. However, that was not my fault. They also said that she worked for almost a month. This again was not true. It was more than 15 days but not a complete month.
I had to cancel my services with them as I was not ready to work with a company that cannot manage its own staff and is irresponsible in every term. However, they have yet not refunded my amount and I feel betrayed.
I have tried everything. But, these guys side me off. Every time, I email them, they send me no replies. Sometimes, I do get some automated mails. But that is it. I tried to talk to the person I signed contract with. That guy also seems unprofessional and part of the scam.
These people are using their client’s information for many reasons but cannot guarantee the safety of information. I was scammed. They have my personal and company information. They can do anything. I have changed few passwords. But I think they should pay me the refund for making me sulk over the issue so much.
Because of them, I business was affected. The problem with the VA was their concern. I tried not to make it a big deal and only needed a refund. If they would have done that, we could have still ended on a good note. But, their customer service sucks. They only know how to take money. When it comes to work for that money, they fail.
They do not entertain any requests as well. While I was still in contract with them, I raised certain issue with the quality many times and was never given a closure. This is not the right company to work with. Everyone is scammer here.
