This woman is a complete psycho and mentally unstable. Her place has no knowing how many cats with mysterious cat crying miserably in the room. Cats are not only neglected but intentionally harms by giving not enough food, water plus feeding them bad things to make them sick.

In addition she intentionally stresses cats out to make them suffer and get ill as well.
