I placed my order in February. When it did not arrive by April I cancelled it and requested a refund. I was told a refund was processed. That did not happen. So many reviews say the same thing. I wish I had read them before ordering . How are they allowed to operate like this?
Once again, this compnay has lied to me again for promising a full refund of sgd170.13 for my cancelled items. I have been emailing this company many many times for the past 3 months and yet i have not received my refund. I am very very very frustrated with their super lousy customer service. This company show no sincerity in refunding my money. They took my money and never deliver my product and promising a refund which never happen. Those are my hard earned money. What have they offered me? 10% off my next purchase and no information on when the products will be in stock.
I have asked for a cancellation and full refund and expect a fairly delayed response to this request now too – it has already been a week and nothing. Their customer phone line is just an answering machine and though they say live chat is available on their site I have never been able to access it. I believe this company is a scam. I will certainly never purchase from them again and could not recommend them to anyone. Avoid.
