They were contracted on Day 1 for our home AC repair. They arrived late on Day 4 (a Friday–there was a holiday in between) and removed a blower.
On Day 7 they said someone was going to pick up the needed part. On Day 8 they said someone would have to go again because the picked up the wrong part.
On Day 9 they said no one had picked up any part because it has to be ordered and that takes 4-6 days.
On day 11 (another Friday) they said they would have the part on Day 14 but would not install until Day 15.
We asked for the part number and the supplier and were told we would not get that information.
Contemptuous, brusque, arrogant and plainly dishonest. Don’t have anything to do with this outfit. They cost us two miserable weeks (so far) for a straightforward fan replacement for AC in July.
