This company is a scam. They also go by the name “C.F.S.” and gave a phony Charlotte, NC PO Box address, additionally stating their corporate address was 7718 Northport Drive, Lansing, MI. They asked me to pay them $295 to assist me in refiling my LLC paperwork. They sent me an elaborate ad that looks like the actual LLC annual resubmission paperwork asking for $295 to assist you. Don’t fall for the scam. The Secretary of State offers free assistance with this anyways if you ever need help renewing your LLC paperwork.
