This Firm Is Unprofessional
We thought we were paying for our taxes to be prepared by Mark McGrath.
However, when the error came from the government, Mr. McGrath had no response since he did not do our taxes.
Numerous emails were sent over the course of a year.
The only time he answered my call is when I called about paying the invoice.
He was supposed to be handling both business and personal taxes.
They were handed off to people who no longer work there.
The communication at this firm is unprofessional and returns are not checked or reviewed for accuracy or ways to save the client taxes.
